Our Services

FITNYS offers a variety of services in order to best meet your needs. All options are offered either at the FITNYS Home Gym in Raleigh, NC or can be offered at your home or chosen location.* Read what services FITNYS offers below and select which option best fits you!

*You will need to select which location you are interested in during booking. If selecting your home or chosen location, it should be within a 10 mile radius of the FITNYS Home Gym (click link for map), otherwise additional costs may be incurred.

Private (1:1) Training

Private (1:1) Training is offered in both 60 and 30 minute options. 1:1 training allows Kathryn to design an optimal program for you tailored to your unique abilities and goals. This type of training also allows for personalized feedback, flexibility, and attention to detail that you will not get with other options.

As a certified nutrition coach, Kathryn is also able to discuss your nutrition goals and targets as a part of 1:1 training (for an additional fee).

Semi- Private (2:1) Training

Semi-Private (2:1) Training is offered in both 60 and 30 minute options. 2:1 training is a less expensive option that still allows for a personal touch. In semi-private training you will have the ability to workout with a partner - a friend, a spouse, a family member, a neighbor - whoever can help push and support you to be your best. Bring a companion to training and enjoy fitness and fellowship!

Multi-Session Packages

If you are interested in Private (1:1) Training, and want to save money by purchasing multiple sessions at once, the Multi-Session Package option is for you!

The Multi-Session Package offers 10 sessions (for the price of 9) in ONE of the following formats:

  • 60 min Private (1:1) Training at FITNYS Home Gym

  • 30 min Private (1:1) Training at FITNYs Home Gym

  • 60 min Private (1:1) Training at Your Home or Location

  • 30 min Private (1:1) Training at Your Home or Location

Group Bootcamp Classes

Group Bootcamp Classes are offered at the FITNYS Home Gym and allow for a maximum of 8 participants. Bootcamp Classes require the cost of the class to be paid in advance in order to book your spot.

Bootcamp creates a fun environment with a variety of equipment, exercises, and music. You’ll get in a great workout, feel empowered, and enjoy the company and camaraderie of others.

Youth Summer Training

Youth Summer Training is offered during the months of June and July. Various options are offered to help you find one that works for you and your child. Youth training will focus on improving health and fitness as well as building self-confidence and self-efficacy in the gym.

Sessions will cover the following topics:

  • Mobility and Flexibility

  • Core and Balance

  • Speed, Agility, and Quickness

  • SAFE Weightlifting

All training sessions will be held at the FITNYS gym. Please check out pricing options by clicking here.
